About Sam

Originally from the North Island of New Zealand, the home of timber construction, Sam Henderson has been living and working in Australia for over 20 years. He has honed his skills during this time to become a master carpenter, an innovative design partner to architects and a collaborative partner to enthusiastic clients.

Operating as a small family-owned business, Sam established Three Four Five Carpentry and Design to assist clients with a range of home renovation, building or commercial outcomes. Three Four Five Carpentry and Design has worked on many Owner Builder projects – navigating through the process of design, approvals, costs estimates and choice of materials.
